- Multy Gym : Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, it’s open for all from 6.30a.m. to 8.00am evening session 4.30p.m to 6.00pm.
- Sports equipments : Department have well equipped with advanced scientific teaching aids and apparatus for better teaching and coaching.
Event Organization: Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women University Directorate of Sports organizes various Sports competitions and selection for the Students of 158 affiliated colleges and 4 PG centre..
Incentives and cash awards for sportswomen;
Karnataka State Akkamahadevi Women University provides track suit and playing kit for sports women representing the University in South zone/ All India Inter University competitions.
The details of the cash awards given to medallists at Inter collegiate and all India competitions are as follows,
Inter Collegiate:
New record holder of Inter Collegiate Athletic meet will be receiving cash prize Rs 5000 per Individual event.
All India Inter-University players will receive cash prize:
All India / South Zone team First places: Rs21000 cash prize and blazer for all players and
Individual event First place -10,000/-.
At International:
International achiever will be felicitated with Rs-25000 cash and blazer.

• Cycling, Kho-Kho, Kabaddi, Basket ball, Athletic, Cricket, Hockey, Badminton, Volley ball, Wrestling, Table Tennis, Handball, Football etc.
Outstanding Performers in national and International Events of our university students are:
1. Kumari. Triveni Kalkutagi secured bronze medal in All India Inter University Judo Computation held at KIIT University Bhuvaneshwar Odisha on 25Th to 28 Dec 2015.
2. Kumari. Savita Annepannavar secured third position in All India inter University Computation held at Osmania University Hydrabad 2006
3. Smt. Savita Annepannavar conferred with Ekalya Award in 2007 and Kittur Rani Chanamm Award 2008
4. Kum. Rajeshwari Gayakwad student of KSAW University represented Indian women Cricket.
5. KSAW University Cricket team secured runners up in the south zone Cricket tournament held at Pondicherry in the year- 2011-12
6. KSAW University Cricket team secured runners up in the south zone cricket tournament held at K S A W U Vijayapur in the year 2013-14
7. KSAW University organized 1st All India Women’s Inter University Athletics meet -2012-2013
8. Kumari. Malashree won the Bronze medal in All India Inter University Pencak Silat Game- 2020.
9. Kum: Vaisali Natikar won the Bronze medal in All India Inter university Pencak Silat game -2022
10. Kum. Sanjana won the Bronze medal in All India Inter university Pencak Silat game -2023
11. Kum. Chandana Garasangi won Bronze medal in All India Inter university Wushu game -2023

- Celebrating National Festivals- 15th August, 26th Jan and 1st Nov Karnataka Rajostva Every Year.
- Conducting Yoga Camps For Public (School, Colleges And Community of Vijayapur) on The Occasion of International Yoga day every year.
- Conducting National Sports Day in the University with collaboration Dept. of physical education and sports science.

- Organized webinar on Women life style and Fitness on 2021,(Phy-edn Directors and Students were participated-368)
- Organized webinar on Swasth Bhart in India: Problems-Prospects and Way forward-2022,(Phy-edn Directors and Students were participated-324).
