Students Grievance Redreassal Cell



  • The Grievance Redressal Cell has been developed to settle the grievances of the students and other stakeholders within a reasonable time period for further strengthening the bond of the students with the institution by providing them with all kind of facilities to a satisfaction level for maintaining a convenient ambience of academic teaching and learning.
  • The students can state their grievance regarding any academic and non- academic matter within the campus through the grievance/ suggestion box.
  • The Grievance Redressal Cell (GRC) aims to look into the complaints lodged by any student and redress it as per requirement. It redresses the grievances at individual and class level and grievances of common interest.



  • ​​​​​​​Make officials of the College responsive, accountable and courteous in dealing with the students.
  • To ensure effective solution to the student’s grievances with an impartial and fair approach.
  • Upholding the dignity of the University  by ensuring tension free atmosphere in the university by promoting cordial Student-Student relationship and Student -Teacher relationship etc.
  • Encouraging the Students to express their grievances / problems freely and frankly without any fear of being victimized.
  • Advising all staffs to be affectionate to the students and not behave in a vindictive manner towards any of them for any reason.
