Anti –ragging cell works against ragging in the university campus.
It regularly conducts meeting with students representatives to discuss any ragging complaints and cases that need counseling are referred counseling centers.
E -Admission booklet (prospects) includes the guidance of anti ragging to the new admitted students.
The committee makes surprise visit to hostels, canteen and bus stands to prevent ragging cases.
Anti ragging posters are displayed in all the departments, library, canteens and hostels.
Provide awareness to students and parents regarding anti ragging help line number.
All departments collect undertaking regarding following anti-ragging rules by every student.
Ragging in any form is strictly prohibited in and outside the institution. Any issues of ragging and violation of disciplinary rules should be urgently brought to the notice of the Authority.
It is found that there are no ragging cases so far.
The hostel premise remained ‘ragging free’ giving conducive atmosphere to the residents.
