Department of Hindi 


The Hindi Department was established in 2010, till then the department strives to impart knowledge and learning in the Hindi language. For the development of regional language and women’s literature. A unique course in linguistics was developed to promote regional language and women’s literature and to include Indian and Western critical theories. It is about research with ancient understanding and current developments. The curriculum of the department is to teach the history of Hindi, criticism, poetry. Linguistics and Hindi literature through literature and utility, which is necessity of contemporary society.

Vision:
The Department was started in 2010. The courses offered embodies a vision that could be broadly called current and inclusive in perspective and orientation. The Department revelations to impart the knowledge of National Language that is, Hindi. It also aims at imparting Hindi literature and Functional Hindi to Non-Hindi speakers. It endeavors the students to acquire communicative competence, thus to enables them to recognize the excellence of Hindi language and make the best use of quality Hindi language.
 
Mission:
  • Ever since 2010 the Department believes its growth in its student’s community. Hence the Department engaged in continuous academic activities.
  • The mission of the Department is to provide quality higher education to the students, thus, to inculcate the values of Indian culture and to teach them the values of self-reliance and service.
  • The Department also prepares the students to understand the importance of National Integration.
  • The Department also provides the basic education to the students to improve the usage of Hindi language and communication skills, to throw light upon the various aspects of Hindi Literature.
  • The education in the Department imparts knowledge about Indian culture and community. One of the unique missions of the Department is to bring awareness about social problems and environmental issues.

  • Encouraging students to take Hindi up as National language.
  • Conducting  SLET,NET/JRF  UPSC Coaching Classes for Hindi Department Students
