Instructions to the provisionally selected candidates:

1) The selected candidates are required to report to the Chairperson of the concerned department for completing the admission formalities by paying prescribed fees on or before the last date of admission. No further extension of date for admission will be given. Fee concession is applicable only to the SC/ST& Cat-I students. 

2) The admission is subject to the verification of original documents. The candidates are informed to produce the following original documents
  i) Original Certificate of Date of Birth issued by competent authority/ /Class X (High School) Board Certificate.
  ii) Original Grade/Mark sheets of qualifying examination (PG) for all the semesters.
  iii) Original Certificate of category, if applicable, as per GoK, issued by the competent authority 
  iv) Certificate of differently abled, if applicable, issued by the competent authority.
  v)Relieving Certificate in the case of full time Sponsored Candidates.
  vi) In case of part-time PhD, candidate shall submit the documents as prescribed in the PhD notification para 3.2 along with relieving letter from the competent authority of the Institution to join to the PhD programme.
  vii) NET/SET/MPhil. certificate (if applicable)

3) Candidates, both part-time and full-time, shall attend the course work regularly for a period of six months as per the time-table notified by the department. 

4) Any false information candidate is liable for cancellation of admission.
