Interview guidelines:

1. The interview shall be for max.of 50 marks.
2. The interview shall be on the following
   1. Subject Knowledge and research 
   2. Ppt presentation on proposed research topic ( 5 slides only)
   3. 3 Set Hard copies of PPT presentation along with softcopy

Candidates called for interview should prepare presentation slides (5) for presenting preliminary research idea.

• Purpose of study and factors prompting to undertake the research work
• Broad outline about the research work that candidate has planned in the area of specialization identified by her.

Please prepare a PPT presentation in the following format:

Slide 1: a) Title of proposed research

            b) Name of the applicant

            c)  Subject name.

           d) PG degree

Slide 2: Introduction (one slide) –about the research area chosen for study

Slide 3: Objectives of the Research (one slide).

Slide 4: Methodology and outcome of the research (maximum two slides).

Slide 4: References (one slide).

Verification of Documents

1. Candidates are informed to be present one hour before the scheduled time and wait in Syndicate Hall in the first floor of the administrative building.
2. Produce the originals for verification
   1. P.G. marks card
   2. NET/SLET/JRF/GATE/MPhil certificate
   3. Caste and income certificate/OBC (non-creamy layer)
   4. Differently abled certificate
   5. 371j certificate
3. ID Card (Adhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, PAN Card, etc.) need to be produced compulsorily.
